Insurance

While we provide an umbrella insurance policy to cover our few belongings and any potential damage, we encourage you to consult with your insurance agent to discuss your policy coverage. Most agencies will agree that your home is more secure when it is occupied rather than empty. You should review and update your list of contents covered and remain current on your insurance premiums. Some agencies policies change if you are not home for over 30 days, so please check with your agent.
